Complete! #18. Use my immersion blender

My sister-in-law got this for me for my bridal shower.  In 2004.

First time out of the box in 5 years.

I used it tonight on this butternut squash from the Oak Park Farmer’s Market.

I cut the cubes a little big.

 Voila!
